The Waitt Funeral Home, Morganville, Marlboro Township, is in charge of arrangements. 1 ley, died in 1926. He also was predeceased by his daughter, Frances. Surviving are his wife, the former Agnes Bennet Purdy; a nephew, and three nieces.

John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements. SARAH A. RICHARDSON, 63, of NEPTUNE, died Friday at Roger Williams General Hospital, Providence, R.I. She was a senior clerk at Monmouth County Board of Social Services, Freehold Township.

She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Neptune. She was born in Eccles, W.Va., and lived in Neptune for 21 years. Her husband, Wilfred, died in 1970. Surviving are a daughter, Sherri West, Providence, R.I.; three brothers, Robert and Ronald Robinson, both and LeRoy Robinson, Las Vegas; two sisters, Nancy Jo English and Ann Marie Owens, both Cleveland; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

The James H. Hunt Funeral Home, Asbury Park, is in charge of Falls, for 25 years, retiring in 1969. After retirement, he was a maintenance worker for the state Division of Motor Vehicles for seven years. He was a member and past chief of Tinton Falls Volunteer Fire Department. He also was a member of Monmouth County Fire Police and Senior Citizens Gub of Neptune.

Mr. Calandriello was born in Red Bank and lived in Neptune and Pine Brook before moving to Santa Ana six years ago. His wife, the former Mildred Schiafone, died Dec. 27, 1989. He also was predeceased by a son, Victor R.

Surviving are two daughters, Rose Ber-trand, Rolling Meadows, 111., and Jeanette, Santa Ana; a brother, John, Freehold; a sister, Marie Ambrosia, Red Bank; 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Braun Funeral Home, Eatontown, is in charge of arrangements. JAMES J. COOPER, of hazlet TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at Bay-shore Community Hospital, Holmdel Township. He was an oil burner mechanic for 40 years, retiring from the Home Fuel Englewood, in 1979.

Mr. Cooper was born in Jersey City, lived in Cliffwood Beach, Aberdeen Township, and moved to Hazlet two years ago. Surviving are his wife, the former Grace F. Anderson; two sons, Robert Rutherford, and Gary Cliff-wood Beach; a daughter, Denise Tho-maskovic, Budd Lake, Mount Olive Township, and five grandchildren. The John W.

of Pine Ridge, MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at Point Pleasant Hospital, Point Pleasant. She was an assembler for Torwico Electronics, Lake-wood, for 10 years, retiring 11 years ago. Mrs. Grafton was born in Jersey City and lived in Bayonne and Toms River before moving to Pine Ridge in 1983. Surviving are her husband, Charles; a son, Charles William, Chatsworth, Woodland Township; two daughters, Carol Briggs, Toms River, and Barbara Gandenberger, Whiting, Manchester; a brother, Raymond Willbergh, Brick Township; a sister, Mildred Rapp, Whiting, Manchester; three grandchildren, and a great-grandson.

Anderson Campbell Funeral Home, Whiting, is in charge of arrangements. NORA HEALY, 86, of point PLEASANT, died Saturday at Community Medical Center, Toms River. She was a communicant of St. Martha's Roman Catholic Church, Point Pleasant. She was born in County Clare, Ireland, and lived in Brooklyn before moving to Point Pleasant 10 years ago.

DE BOW, 83, of toms RIVER, died yesterday at home. He was a member of the Musicians Local Union 399. He was a former sales representative for W.T. Grant Lake-wood Water Jersey Central Power Light Co. and DeBow Real Estate, Lakewood.

He was born in Jackson Mills, Jackson Township, and moved to Toms River in 1984. Surviving are his wife, the former Helen M. White; a son, Kenneth Dale, Sevierville, Tenn; three daughters, Phyllis Leibowitz, Lansdale, Terri L. Namenson, Port St. Lucie, and Joline S.

Lott, Lake Hopatcong; 10 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. G.A. DeBow Boolcwood Memorial Home, Jackson, is in charge of arrangements. AGNES T.DIETRICH, 71, of Lanoka Harbor, LACEY TOWNSHIP, died Saturday at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was born in Kearny and lived there and in Toms River before moving to Lanoka Harbor in 1983.

Surviving are her husband, Henry four daughters, Eileen Casement and Diane Ruggiero, both Forked River, Lacey Township, and Kathleen Surviving are her husband, Morris; a son Richard, and a grandson. Gutterman-Wien Funeral Home, Marlboro Township, is in charge of arrangements. DANIEL J. HALLORAN, 90, of Eliza- beth, a former resident of RUMSON, died Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Elizabeth.

He was a self-employed private investor for 25 years. He also was a civil engineer for the Potter Union Township, for 10 years. He was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Elizabeth. He was born in County Kerry, Ireland, and came to the Elizabeth area around 1924.

He lived for several years in Rumson. His wife, the former Anna Rafferty Kelly, died in 1980. Surviving are a stepson, Thomas Kelly, Elizabeth; a stepdaughter, Sarah Pagdon, Elizabeth; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson. The Leonard Home for Funerals, 242 W. Jersey Elizabeth, is in charge of arrangements.

LOUIS F. HARTMAN, 87, of Bel-ford, MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, died Saturday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a carpenter foreman for Charles B. Hembling Son, Red Bank, for 40 years, retiring in 1970. He was an exempt member of the Independent Fire Red Bank, and was its oldest member.

He was a member of Carpenters Union Local 2250, Red Bank. Mr. Hartman was born in Ocean Grove, Neptune, and lived in Long Branch and Red Bank before moving to Belford in 1950. His wife, the former Margaret So-den, died in 1974. He also was predeceased by a son, Warren F.

Surviving are two sons, Louis Fair Haven, and Charles Wisconsin; eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Adams Memorial Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements. WILLIAM JAMES MURPHY, 98, of RED BANK, died Saturday at Nave-sink House nursing unit, Red Bank. He was a supervising auditor for the federal government, and worked in Washington, Tokyo and the Philippines during World War II. He retired in 1962.

Prior to that, he worked for the Hoover Commission in Russia. Mr. Murphy was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of Old Guard, Red Bank. He was a past member of American Overseas Association of the American Red Cross, serving in Poland and Bulgaria. He was a 1911 graduate of Bellows Falls High School, Bellows Falls, and was the oldest graduate of that school.

Mr. Murphy was born in North Walpole, N.H., and lived in Brooklyn before moving to Red Bank in 1978. His first wife, the former Ruth Dud 4 11. Vw? S. r- Basile, Michael Ocean Township Calandriello, Thomas Santa Ana.

He was an electroplater at Ronson and Celanese both Newark, retiring in 1959. He then was head custodian of Long Branch High School for 12 years, retiring in 1971. Born in Buccini, Italy, he was brought to Newark as an infant and lived there until moving to the Long JJranch area 37 years ago. He was predeceased by his wife, lane Mammano Basile. Surviving are a son, Michael Ocean; a grandson; step-grandchildren, and a step-great-grandchild.
