SLAYBAUGH, 101, of COLTS NECK TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at the Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. She was a home-maker. She was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church, Philadelphia, and the Colts Neck Senior Citizens Club.

Mrs. Slaybaugh was born in Behrersburg, and lived in Philadelphia for most of her life and for 10 years in Spring Lake before moving to Colts Neck 28 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward who died in 1969, and her daughter, Sarah, who who died in 1927. Surviving are a daughter, Eleanor S. McDonald, with whom she lived; and several nieces and a nephew.

The Ely Funeral Home, Neptune, is in charge of arrangements. son. Mrs. Walsh was born in Jersey 1 City and lived in Queens before mov- ing Shrewsbury in 1985. Her husband, Francis died in 1967.

Surviving are a son, John; two daughters, Mary Walsh Miller of Tempe, and Fran Black of Shrewsbury; a sister, Katherine Ward, Sacramento, eight grandchil- dren and four great-grandchildren. Hoffman Funeral Home, Long Branch, is in charge of arrangements. ELIZABETH BARLACH WOOSTER, 81, of FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP, died Thursday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Wooster was a secretaryclerk for the Township of Howell.

She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, I Elizabeth. Mrs. Wooster was born in Heath, and had lived in Manala- pan Township for many years before moving to Freehold Township. She was the widow of Clifford D. Wooster who died in 1977.

Prior to that, Via lirats amnlAirot of Mark Tnirks New Brunswick, and served as an index clerk at the Monmouth Countv Courthouse Mort- Arbach gage Room, Freehold. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Englishtown. He was a member and one of the original organizers of the Manalapan Township Democratic Club, a member and past president of the Manalapan Township Senior Citizens Club, past grand knight of Knights of Columbus, Freehold Council 1672, and past president of the New Jersey Tax Assessors Association. Mr.

Arbach was born in Duryea, and lived in the Newark area and Colts Neck Township before moving to Manalapan 62 years ago. His wife, Julia Juraitis Arbach, died in 1981. Surviving are three sons, Daniel A. of the Forked River section of Lacey Township, George E. of North Brunswick Township, and John R.

MICHAEL MUNGOVAN, 96, of- HOLMDEL TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. He was a supervisor of elevator operators for Cities Service, now known as CITCO, New York, for 38 years retiring in 1962. He was a communicant of St.

Catharine's Roman Catholic Church, Holmdel. He was a member of the Holmdel Half Century Club, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, New York, and the County Clare Men's Association, also of New York. Mr. Mungovan was born County Clare, Ireland, coming to the United States in 1925. He lived in Brooklyn before moving to Holmdel in 1970.

Surviving are his wife, Hannah Dwyer Mungovan; a daughter, Mary Dowd, with whom he lived; and four grandchildren. The Holmdel Funeral Home, Holmdel, is in charge of arrangements. RUSSELL C. PETERSON, 74, of NEPTUNE, died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. He was a salesman for Steinbach Department Store, Asbury Park and Neptune, for 45 years retiring in 1987.

He was a World War II veteran and a member of the American Legion. Mr. Peterson was born in Neptune and lived in Avon before moving to Neptune in 1951. His wife, Carolyn Thomison Peterson, died in 1992. Surviving are a daughter, Linda A.

Shave, Farming-dale; a sister, Virginia L. Peterson, Wall Township; and two grandchildren. Francioni, Taylor, and Lopez Funeral Home, Neptune, is in charge of arrangements. STEPHEN SECHANIC, 85, of the Manor, FREEHOLD, of The Villages of Howell Township, died Saturday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was a tugboat deckhand for the Reading Railroad, Jersey City, for many years before his retirement.

Mr. Sechanic was born in Jersey City, where he lived most of his life before moving to The Villages a number of years ago. Surviving are his wife, Stella Sto-kaylo Sechanic; two daughters, Marianne Schweitzer of Florida, and Darlene Crabb of California; a brother, John; and six grandchildren. Richmond F. CAROL BAUM STORER, 70, of the Robertsville section of MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, died Saturday at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel Township. She was a timekeeper and worked in quality control at Armstrong Cork, Keyport, for seven years, retiring in 1953. She was a member of the Women's Club of Laurence Harbor, Laurence Harbor section of Old Bridge Township. She was also a member for the past 40 years at the Robertsville Bible Church, Robertsville, where she was organist for the last six years and was head of its music department. Mrs.

Storer was born in Newark and lived in Laurence Harbor before moving to Robertsville in 1950. Surviving are her husband, Alfred two sons, Alfred II of Manalapan Township, and Carl, at home; a sister, Irma Tier of Middletown Township; and two grandchildren. Waitt Funeral Home, Morganville section of Marlboro Township, is in charge of arrangements. EDWARD T. SUKOWSKI, 48, of San Clemente, formerly of MANASQUAN, died Friday at home.

He was a tool and dye maker for Pope Manufacturing, Santa Anna, for three years. Mr. Sukowski was born in Newark and lived in Manasquan before moving to California 21 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Dennis Sukowski; a son, Eliot, Capistrano Beach, and a brother, Frank Lakewood. The Robert C.

Neary Funeral Home, Manasquan, is in charge of arrangements. OLGA TKACHUK, 82, of BELMAR, died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. She was a seamstress in Jersey City and New York for 11 years before her retirement. Mrs. Tkachuk was born in Jersey City and lived in Toms River be green Goldblatt; a son, Mitchell, Palm Harbor, a brother, Emanuel, Nyack, N.Y.; a sister, Florence Goldblatt, New York; and three grandchildren.

Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan Township, is in charge of arrangements. JAMES "SKIP" HORAN, 67, of HIGHLANDS, died Saturday at home. He was a self-employed building contractor for many years retiring eight years ago. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, Highlands, and a World War II Navy veteran. Mr.

Horan was a lifelong resident of Highlands. Surviving are his wife, Jane Sell Horan; a son, James L. Ill of Long Beach, Calif; four daughters, Jane Brown of Port Orange, Kathy Sellgren of Live Oak, Laura Hill of Atlantic Highlands, and Nancy Con-nell of Carpinteria, his mother, Viola Faas of Naples, two brothers, Robert L. Sr. of Naples, Fla.

and J. Donald of Ocean Grove; four sisters, Bernice Reynen and Joan Cashes, both of Middletown Township, M. Diane Breuning of Ocala, Fla. and Pamela E. Peters of Naples, and seven grandchildren.

The John P. Condon Funeral Home, Leonardo section of Middletown Township, is in charge of arrangements. THOMAS P. KELLY, 48, of Perth Amboy, formerly of UNION BEACH, who died Friday, was also survived by his parents, Anne M. and Edgar L.

Drovan, both of Hazlet Township. This information was omitted in yesterday's Asbury Park Press. MARY LARSON, 68, of SEA BRIGHT, died yesterday at River-view Medical Center, Red Bank. She was Sea Bright borough clerk and tax collector for 29 years retiring four years ago. She was a graduate of Wild-wood School System.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Elberon Chapter 266. She was a member of St. George's by the River Episcopal Church, Rumson, and had been a member of St. Mary's Guild of the church. Mrs.

Larson was born in Jersey City and lived in Sea Bright for 46 years. Surviving are her husband, Victor a son, George A. of Jackson Township; a daughter, Merry M. Keller, Locust, Middletown Township; and eight grandchildren. The Flock Funeral Home, Long Branch, is in charge of arrangements.

MARY F. LEBENZ, 77, of the Bel-ford section of MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, died Saturday at home. She worked in food preparation for King James Care Center of Middle-town for five years before her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Mary's roman Catholic Church, New Monmouth section of Middletown Township.

Mrs. Lebenz was in born in Jersey City and lived in East Keans-burg before moving to Middletown. Her husband, George, died in 1977. Surviving are three daughters, Frances Bruno of Belford, Marilyn Irby of Anderson, S.C., and Karen Koyi of Sayreville; a sister, Dorothy DeMarco of Passaic; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown, is in charge of arrangements. GLORIA A. LE FURJAH, 66, of LONG BRANCH, died Saturday at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She was a homemaker. Mrs.

LeFurjah was born in Cushing, and moved to Long Branch in 1957. Surviving are her husband, James a son, George King George, a daughter, Lois Ash LeFurjah, Long Branch; a brother, Moses L. Linn, Kansas City, a sister, Sandra S. Sandel, Austin, Texas; and three grandchildren. Hoffman Funeral Home, Long Branch, is in charge of arrangements.

HENRY D. MARTEL, 89, of Hartford, whose son lives in OCEANPORT, died Saturday at the Avery Nursing Home, Hartford. He was an insurance agent for Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. for 30 years in western Massachusetts, retiring in 1970. He was a communicant of St.

Theresa Church, Agawam, Mass. He was a member of the Metropolitan Retirees Association, the National Adoration Society, and the Knights of Columbus Unity Council 2212. Mr. Martel was born in and lived most of his life in West Springfield before moving to Hartford in 1988. Surviving are his wife, Lodia Delbec Martel; a son, Richard, Oceanport; three daughters, Arlene Bouchard of Canandaigua, N.Y., Lorraine Therrian of Wethersfield, and Lucille Johnson of Wappinger Falls, N.Y.; two brothers, George of Baltimore and Alfred of Holiday, 14 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Too- WILLIAM DAYKO, 77, of OLD; BRIDGE TOWNSHIP, died Friday at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. He was a mechanic for Brooklyn Sanitation Department for 25 years retiring in 1967. He then worked for 11 years as a guard for; Citibank, New York, retiring in 1979. He was a communicant of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Old Bridge.

Mr. Dayko was born in Brooklyn and lived in Staten Island before moving to Old Bridge 14 years ago. Surviving are wife, Eleanore C. Por-J ter Dayko; a son, Victor Panzella Staten Island; a daughter, Barbara De- Siato, Port Monmouth section of Mid- dletown Township; a sister, Stella I Korin, Staten Island; eight grandchil-" dren and five great-grandchildren. STANLEY J. PIETROWICZ, 80, of'; OLD BRIDGE TOWNSHIP, died: yesterday at home. He worked in the maintenance department of DuPont, Parlin section of Sayreville, for 37 years retiring in 1979. He was a mem-S ber of the 25 Club at DuPont, and the Old Bridge Loyal Order of Moose I Lodge 485. He was also a charter member of the Old Bridge Green and White Ambulance and Emergency Squad, and the St.

Thomas and St. Ambrose Senior Citizens Groups Old Bridge. He also volunteered at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge Division. Mr. Pietrowicz was born in South River and lived in Old Bridge for the past 33 years.

Surviving are his wife of 33 years, Rachel Cantore Pietrowicz; a son, 3 Stanley, of Jackson Township; a step- son, Fred Jeffries, Jackson; two step-' daughters, Clara Valenti of Naples, and Diane Bell of Old Bridge; three sisters, Frances Grasso and Mary Jackowski, both of Sayreville, I and Amelia Piscitelli of South River; and six grandchildren. Brunswick Me- morial Home, East Brunswick Town- ship, is in charge of arrangements. MILDRED BUCCI, 86, of BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at the Community Medical center, Toms River. She was a seamstress for many years in the Essex and Monmouth counties areas, retiring 25 years ago. She was a communicant of St.

Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, Bayville section of Berkeley Township. Mrs. Bucci was born in Newark and lived in Keansburg for 15 years before moving to Bayville 30 years ago. Her husband, Michael, died in 1986. Surviving are a son, Anthony of Bayville; a sister, Jean Plinio, Largo, and seven grandchildren and 14 greatgrandchildren.

RUTH MARION CAMPBELL, 79, of OCEANPORT, died Saturday at home. She was a retired secretary at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, for many years. Mrs. Campbell was born in Brooklyn and lived in Monmouth Beach before moving to Oceanport 20 years ago. Surviving are her husband, Robert a son, Robert S.

Citranelli; a daughter, Karen E. Mack; two sisters, Patricia McNamara, Eatontown, and Vera Callahan, Garden City, N.Y.; and two grandchildren. Braun Funeral Home, Eatontown, is in charge of arrangements. SUZANNE P. DE COSTER, 40, of Hillside Township, whose sister lives in OCEANPORT, died Saturday in an automobile accident at the Asbury Park toll plaza on the Garden State Parkway.

She was a procurement assistant for the Defense Logistics Agency, DCDMD-DCMAO, Springfield Township, for seven years. She was a representative for Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She was an honor student at Kean College of New Jersey, Union Township. Ms. DeCoster was born in Newark and was a lifelong resident of Hillside.

Surviving are her parents, Charles K. and Clara Siksnius DeCoster, Hillside; two brothers, Dennis of Redondo Beach, Calif, and Stephen of Springfield Township; and a sister, Kathleen A. Crotzer, Oceanport. Growney Funeral Home, Hillside Township, is in charge of arrangements. AUGUSTA EPSTEIN, 82, of HOWELL TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.

She and her husband operated a poultry farm until their retirement 11 years ago. She was a member of the Hadassah and the Women's Social Club at the Villages. Mrs. Epstein was born in Brooklyn and lived there until moving to Howell 52 years ago. Surviving are her husband, Harry; a son, Alan, Naperville, 111; a daughter, Barbara Roth, Clark Township; two brothers, Irving Eisenberg of Boca Raton, and Leonard Eisenberg, Highland Beach, two sisters Mol-lie Sarr of San Jose, and Sylvia Gutman of Brooklyn; and four grandchildren.

MURRAY GOLDBLATT, 81, of the Greenbriar section of MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, died Thursday at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He owned and operated Murray Goldblatt Real Estate, Brooklyn, for over 30 years before retiring in 1988. Mr.

Goldblatt was born in New York and lived in Queens before moving to Greenbriar seven years ago. She was a nurse for a Staten Island physician for 35 years, retiring in 1977. She was a Girl Scout Leader, Staten Island, and was a World War II emergency volunteer who help set up emergency shelters. She also volunteered at Staten Island Hospital, and was a member of the Women's Bowling League, Stapleton, Staten Island. She was a member of the Battleground County Club, Manalapan Township, the Peddie Golf Club, Hightstown, and the United Methodist Church, Morganville. Mrs.

Bond was born on Fisher's Island, N.Y. and lived in New London, and Staten Island, before moving to Morganville in 1981. Surviving are her husband, William a son, William Parlin section of Sayreville; a daughter, Patricia Diffen-dale, Belford section of Middletown Township; three sisters, Marjorie Crowe of Bloomfield, Ina Wool-ley and Sally Linkerletter, both of Connecticut; five grandchildren and six Waitt Funeral Home, Morganville, is in charge of arrangements. MARY ELIZABETH BOWENS, 74, of ASBURY PARK, died Saturday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. She was a homemaker.
