FRED MATULA, 82, of Holiday City, BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, died Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Camden. He was a milkman for Whitehouse Dairies, Jersey City, for 27 years, retiring in 1972. He later worked for Astral Air Parts, Hasbrouck Heights, for five years. He was a communicant of St.

Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River, and a member of the Teamsters Milkman Local 680, Jersey City. Mr. Matula was born in Hoboken and lived in Hasbrouck Heights for 26 years before moving to Holiday City 17 years ago. Surviving are his wife of 54 years, PATRICIA KEOUGH, 63, of Bay- ville, BERKELEY TOWNSHIP, died yesterday at home. She was a communicant of St.

Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, Bayville. Mrs. Keomjh was born in the Bronx and lived in Middletown Township for 40 vears before moving to Bayville in 1987. Surviving are her husband, Robert three sons, Robert Aston, Michael, Newark, and Timothy, Middletown; four daughters, Patricia Schatz, Forked River, Lacey Township; Ann Dee, Columbus, Ohio; Karen Marsella, Florida, and Grace Shiner, R-irneijat Township, and 12 grandchil nis, and a brother, John Miletick, both of Jersey City, and two sisters, Gloria Urban, Palatine, 111., and Helen Balie-wich, Iselin, Woodbridge Township. Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, Brick Township, is in charge of arrangements.

FRANCIS W. MURPHY, 78, of Cedar Glen Homes, MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, died Wednesday at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service in Queens for 26 years, retiring in 1978. He was a parishioner of St.

John's Roman Catholic Church, Lakehurst, a member of the A.J. Virginia Kilduff Matula; a son, Robert J. Matula, Fennville, a twin sister, Elfrieda Stanley, Milltown, and three grandchildren. Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements. VICTOR MILETICK, 72, of POINT PLEASANT, died Tuesday at Point Pleasant Hospital.

He was a self-employed tavern owner in Jersey City retiring 20 years ago. Mr. Miletick was born in New York and lived in Jersey City before moving to Point Pleasant 13 years ago. His wife Ann Belinsky Miletick, died in in 1992. Surviving are a son, Den MediCenter of America, Lakewood.

She was a musician at various hotels in; Lakewood retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Musicians Union Local 802, New York and New Jersey, the Congregation Ahavat Shalom, Lake-wood, and was a holocaust Mrs. Orenstein was born in Russia and came to the United States in 1940. She lived in Lakewood for the past 50 years. Her husband, Joseph, died in 1979.

Surviving are a son, Jack Rosay, Bristol, a daughter, Rochelle Nina Fried, Northport, N.Y., and five grandchildren. Belkoff Jewish Memorial Chapel, Lakewood, is in charge of arrangements. CLARENCE A. SHAW, of Fawn Lakes, STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, died May 19 at home. He was service manager for Harnisch Fuel Oil Ir-vington, for 40 years.

He was a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, and a member of the Fawn Lakes Men's Club. Mr. Shaw was born in Pennsylvania and lived in Fawn Lakes for the past 10 years. Surviving are his wife of 20 years, Anne Marie De Voursney Shaw; a stepson, and two stepdaughters; a sister, Enda Banther, Alexandria, and nine grandchildren.
