JASPER DRUDA, 86, of LAKE- HURST, died Monday at Manchester Manor, Lakehurst. He was employed as a banquet waiter for many years at the Westmount Country Club, Paterson, and later at the Beacon Manor, Point Pleasant Beach. He was a World War II Army veteran.

Born in Manhattan, he lived in Jersey City for many years and in Brick for 10 years before moving to Lakehurst 10 years ago. His wife, Natalie Dohrman Druda, died on Nov. 24, 1991. Surviving are a daughter, Linda Scheer of Wall; a son, Martin Druda of Orlando, three grandchildren, Martin Amanda, and Michael; and his companion, Rose de Beer of Lakehurst. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association, 2550 Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902. MONSIGNOR JAMES S. FOLEY, 95, of Lawrenceville, formerly of BAY HEAD, died Sunday at St. Francis Medical Center, Trenton. He was a priest for over 70 years.

He attended St. Peter's Catholic schools, New Brunswick; St. Charles College, Catonsville, for two years; and St. Mary's Seminary, Baltimore, for six years. He was ordained in 1932 and first assisted at St.

Joseph's Church, East Camden, for four years and St. Mary's Church, South Amboy, for almost six years. In 1941, he was pastor at St. Thomas Church, Old Bridge; St. Mary's Church, South River; and Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood.

In 1945, he was pastor at Sacred Heart Church, Mount Holly. He started a mission at St. Andrew's Church, Jobstown, and built a large grammar school and social hall in Mount Holly. In 1950, he was pastor of St. Mary's Church, Perth Amboy.

In 1965, he was pastor of Sacred Heart Church, Bay Head. In 1981, he assisted at St. Mary's Church, Bordentown, with his good friend, the Rev. Celentano and the Rev. Burns, and stayed there until three years ago when he entered Morris Hall, Lawrenceville.

He enjoyed playing golf, tennis, fishing and swimming. He was a dedicated priest working for people in the practice of faith, saving their souls and worshiping God. He was born in New Brunswick. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Christina Holzworth Foley; a brother, John Foley; and three sisters, Mary Foley, Catherine MacNair, and Margaret Fleming. Surviving are a sister, Christina Keefe of New Brunswick; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday, with a Mass at 6 p.m. at St. Mary's Church, 45 Crosswicks Bordentown. Calling hours also will be from 9:30 a.m.

Friday until time of Mass at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick.

He was the owner of Holloways Texaco Station, Manahawkin, and the Atlantic Station, also in Manahawkin. During World War II, he worked at the Philadelphia Naval Ship Yard and the New York Shipyard and after his retirement at Pacmaker Yachts, Lower Bank. He was a Tuckerton High School graduate, Class of 1937, and was in fellowship at Calvary Baptist Church, Parkertown. Born in Warren Grove, he was a lifetime area resident. He was predeceased by his parents, Ward and Kathryn Corlis Holloway.

She was a homemaker and a member of Deborah. Born in North Bergen, she lived in Cranbury before moving to Lakewood three months ago. Her husband, Jacob "Jack," died in 1987.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Jerrold and Lois Blackman of Jackson, and Marsha J. and Murray Elman of Toms River; four grandchildren, Karen, Steven, Andrew and Greg; and four great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Alexandra, Nicole and Robert. Graveside services were held Tuesday in Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, Woodbridge. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society. DAVID BRASSLETT, 64, of TOMS RIVER, died Monday at Kensington Manor Nursing Home, Toms River. He was an electrician for Roberts Electric, Bayville, Berkeley, for 25 years and JC Penney, Toms River, for eight years, retiring in 1992. He attended Trinity Fellowship Church, Toms River. He served in the Army from 1960 to 1963. Born in Bradford, Maine, he lived in Bayville for 35 years before moving to Toms River in 1988.

Surviving are two sons, Ste- ven of Ocean City, and Ronald of Lanoka Harbor, Lacey; three brothers, Harry of Connecticut, Richard of Massachusetts, and Adrian of Maine; six sisters, Mary Bowman of Virginia, Dolores Cookson of Maine, Anita Bunker of Massachusetts, Jacqueline Lizotte of Connecticut, and Barbara Grant, and Suzy Brasslett, both of Maine; and two grandchildren. CUNNINGHAM, 80, of Wayne, formerly of BRICK AND TOMS RIVER, died Monday at home. She was a switchboard operator and bookkeeper for many of the local businesses in the Wayne area. She was a claims clerk for Blue Cross Blue Shield i in 1 Florham Park until her retirement in 1987. She was an avid New York Mets fan and an avid bowler. Born in New York City, she lived i in Wayne, Brick and Toms River from 1984 to 1997 returning to Wayne in 1997.

She was predeceased by her first husband, John Barrett; and her second husband, John Cunningham. Surviving are a son, Shean Barrett of Clifton; five daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne and Jack Brennan of Blairstown, Susan and Dennis Giordano of Warren, Kathleen Barrett Buonopastore and Andrew Buonopastore of Wayne, Jeannette and Robert Van Zile of Green Pond, and Tracey Barrett and Michael Baker of Blairstown; a brother, Francis Lannigan of Silver Spring, eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be offered 9:15 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Old Freehold Road, Toms River.

She was a receptionist and telephone operator for Vic Potamkin Chevrolet, Newark, retiring in 1969. She was a longtime member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Toms River, AARP Chapter 649, as well as a life member of Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary of Ocean County Chapter 24. Born in Scranton, she lived in Newark most of her life before moving to Toms River in 1965. She was predeceased by her first husband, Leon G. Davis; her second husband, Arthur Neu; and a son, Terry Alan Davis.

Surviving are a son and two daughters-in-law, Gordon L. and Carol Davis of Toms River, and Janet Davis of Los Angeles; a brother, William Schruba of San Francisco; three sisters, Mollie Robbins of Forest Hills, N.Y., Charlotte Green of Throop, and Lorraine Shruba of Dunmore, five granddaughters, Paula Danchuk, Christine Whitaker, Gwen Switzer, Donna Rose Melvin, and Lisa Soltmann; a grandson, James Galione; nine great grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Florence Shruba of Scranton, Pa. D'Elia Funeral Home, Lakewood, is in charge of arrangements. D'ELIA LAKEWOOD, 363-1987 N.J. WILLIAM J. DOUGHERTY, 77, of Branchburg, formerly of BRICK, died yesterday at Bridgeway Care Center, Bridgewater. He was the president of Search East Union, for 15 years, retiring in 1989.

Previously he worked for Bell and Howell, Phillipsburg, and Sidney, Ohio, as a plant manager. He was enlisted as a Seabee in the Navy during World War II. He graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, in 1951 with a B.E. in mechanical engineering. He was a member of the Brick Elks Lodge 2151, a financial volunteer for the Senior Center, Brick, and a member of the Stevens Institute Alumni Association.

Born in Newark, he lived in Verona, Bridgewater and Brick before moving to Branchburg two years ago. Surviving are his wife, Jean S. Clifford Dougherty; three sons, William Dougherty, Robert Dougherty, and Matthew Dougherty; three daughters, Karen Smith, Maureen Dougherty, and Patricia Dunaway; a brother, Bart Dougherty; 10 grandchildren, Sean, Cassidy and Shannon Smith, Michael, Christopher and Lisa Piccurro, Linda and Daniel Dougherty, and Kyle and Lucas Dunaway; and nine nieces and nephews. Visiting will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

MICHAEL KARR, 87, of Cen- tury Village, West Palm Beach, formerly of LAKEWOOD, died Monday at Good Samaritan Hospital, West Palm Beach.

He was a teacher at Central Regional School System in Bayville, Berkeley, for 16 years until his retirement in 1981. He owned "The Spot" in Lakewood in the early 1950s and Karr's Variety Store, Lavallette, in the later '50s. He was a member of Congregation Dov v' Shmuel, Lakewood. Born in New York City, he was a long time resident of Lakewood before moving to Florida six years ago. His first wife, Sarah, died in 1988.

Surviving are his wife, Eva Goetz Karr; a daughter and sonin-law, Marci and David Spero of Toms River; and two grandchildren, Drew and Brian. Services will be held graveside 11 a.m. today in Freehold Hebrew Cemetery, Route 33 Freehold. PATRICK "BO" W. LA MORTE, 73, of BEACH- WOOD, died yesterday at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He worked for the Township of Belleville as assistant superintendent of the Public Works Department for 30 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of the Jersey Indians NJ Travelers Club. He served in the Army and was stationed at Fort Eustis, Va.

He was a communicant of St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, Bayville, Berkeley. Born in Newark, he lived in Belleville for 35 years before moving to Beachwood in 1984. He was predeceased by his mother, Lucy Perna LaMorte, in 1977; and his father, William V. LaMorte, 1929 flyweight champion of the world, in 1990.

Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Patrick and Joanne LaMorte of Forked River, Lacey, and Frank LaMorte and his companion, Lizette of West Palm Beach, a daughter and son-in-law, Gloria and Robert DeLorenzo of Beachwood; two brothers, Anthony P. LaMorte of Oceanport, and Salvatore F. LaMorte of Toms River; five grandchildren, Gina and Glenn Wolski, Patrick J. LaMorte, Joseph W. LaMorte and Skylan LaMorte.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Friday at St.

Barnabas Church, Bayville. Interment will follow in East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. EUGENE J. MANISCALCO 72, an architect in BRICK, died Sept. 9 in Wilmington, after a four-month struggle with a brain tumor.

He was an architect in Brick for the past 25 years. Surviving are his wife, Lynn Troy Maniscalco; five sons; six grandchildren; and a greatgrandchild. Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Wilmington.

JAMES MC GUIRE, 50, of TOMS RIVER, died Saturday at home. He was a sanitation worker for the Kearny Sanitation Department for many years, retiring several years ago. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion Post 351, Seaside Heights. He was a friend of Bill W.

Born in Newark, he lived in Kearny before moving to Toms River 20 years ago. He was predeceased by a daughter, Jamie McGuire. Surviving are two daughters, Nicole Neubig of Nutley, and Kayce McGuire of Kearny; a sister, Eileen Lane of Toms River; five nieces and nephews; and seven grandnieces and grandnephews. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Highway 88, Brick.

A chapel service will be held 2 p.m. Friday in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the family. CARRIE MOLINARO, 94, of Forked River, LACEY, died Sunday in the presence of her family. She was a 26-year resident of Forked River after moving from her hometown of Orange. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard and a son, Richard P. Jr.

Surviving are a son, Peter of St. Augustine, a daughter and son-in-law, Georgi and Louis D'Arienzo of Forked River; her nephew and adopted son, Ralph Tucci of Caldwell; her sister and best friend, Lucy Strillacci of Belleville; three grandchildren, Louis of London, England, and Alyssa and Matt Toro of Boston; and many nieces and nephews and extended family. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Layton's Home for Funerals, 250 W.

LILLIAN HAWKINS MULVANERTON, 79, of Hobe Sound, formerly of PINE BEACH, died Sept. 5 at St. Mary's Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Fla. She was a homemaker. She was a communicant of St.

Christopher Roman Catholic Church, Hobe Sound, Fla. Born in Jersey City, she moved to Pine Beach in 1968 and to Hobe Sound, in 1985. Her husband, Arthur, died in 1975. Surviving are two sons, Arthur of Toms River, and Brian of Hobe Sound, a daughter, Susan Grau of Toms River; six sisters, Dorothy Lyons, and Viola Palongio, both of Toms River, Joan Brock of Freehold, Anna Corrado of Spotswood, Betty McConnell of East Brunswick, and Elizabeth White of Seminole, and 11 grandchildren. A memorial Mass will be offered 9:15 a.m.

Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals at Fischer Boulevard, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements. JOHN M. O'CONNOR, 79, of BRICK, died Sunday at home. He was a financial director at Montclair Community Hospital, Montclair, retiring in 1988.

He received a B.S. degree from St. Peter's in 1954. He was a World War II Army veteran and served with the 297th Engineer Combat Battalion, attaining the rank of corporal. He was a member of the American Legion, Brick; a DEATH NOTICES RAGUSA Ralph, age 85 of Dania, Florida formerly of South Hackensack, NJ on September 13, 2002.

SERGE HENRI RIDOUX 73, of BRICK, formerly of How- ell, died Monday at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He had been employed as a senior staff consultant with CNA Insurance Cranbury, which was the former Continental Insurance Co.

He had been employed in the insurance industry for 40 years before retiring in 1992. He was an Army veter an of the Signal Corps with the rank of corporal serving during the Korean War. He was a communicant of St. Dominic's Roman Catholic Church, Brick. He was known as a devoted husband and loving father whose family was his life.

He also enjoyed playing Scrabble and doing crossword puzzles as a hobby. His dog is Molly. Born in Joinville-le-Pont France, he came to the United States in 1950 and lived in Howell for 16 years before moving to Brick in 1989. Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Mary Anne Cosgrove; two sons and daughters-in-law, Serge Jr. and Denise, and Thomas and Vera Ridoux, all of Wall; a sister, Eda Wahide of Freehold; four grandchildren, Austin, Thomas, Katherine and Shane; and a niece, Evelyn Heid.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the O'Brien Funeral Home, Highway 35 at New Bedford Road, Wall. A funeral service will be held 9:15 a.m. Saturday from the funeral home followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St.

Dominic's Church, Brick. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lakewood.
