Patrolman Terry Browning made the arrest. MAIN STREET: A 26-year-old borough man was charged Feb. 2 with disorderly conduct by Patrolman James Arnold.

2, police made two arrests for contempt of court. EATONTOWN MONMOUTH MALL: The store manager of The Limited reported a theft of merchandise valued at $1,427 on Jan. 28. Patrolman William Lucia investigated. GINGER COURT: Patrolman Richard Coffey reported the theft of a stereo face plate.

The unknown subject gained access by breaking a window on Jan. 30. MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES: A 30-year old Sea Bright man was charged with filing false documents. Patrolman Edward Nelson responded. ROUTE 35: A Sands Motor Lodge motel room was vandalized overnight on Feb.

1. Investigated by Patrolman Edward Nelson, holes were punched in walls, ceiling tiles were broken and other items were damaged. ROUTE 36: A 16-year old Tinton Falls youth was charged with theft of services after refusing to pay cab, fare. Patrolman Troy Fowlkes investigated. OTHER POLICE BUSINESS: The Eaton-town Police Department reported seven warrant arrests, eight shoplifting arrests and two domestic violence arrests for the period Jan.

MAIN STREET: David Brown, 18, Neptune, was charged Feb. 2 with possession of crack cocaine and harassment by Officer Eddy Raisin.

Elliott, 26, Ocean Grove, was charged Feb. 3 with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a weapon by Officer Eddy Raisin.

FIFTH AVENUE: Joseph Bourdon, 30, Long Branch, was charged Feb. 2 with driving while intoxicated, eluding police and resisting arrest by Officer Amir Berco-vicz. FIFTH AVENUE: Yassanah I. Farrakhan, 27, Fifth Avenue, was charged Jan. 31 with receiving stolen property, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia by Officer Stephen Love.

Daryl Hammary, 36, Asbury Avenue, was also charged in the incident with possession of a weapon, possession of a defaced weapon, receiving stolen property and possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia by Officer Nicholas Townsend. SUNSET AVENUE: Luis M. Hernandez, 34, Second Avenue, was charged Feb. 1 with violation of a restraining order, harassment and resisting arrest by Officer Terry Williams. RIDGE AVENUE: Lashawn Brown, 18, Dewitt Avenue, was charged Feb.

1 with possession of crack cocaine by Officer Daniel Newman. BANGS AVENUE: A 36-year-old man was charged Feb. 1 with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, trespassing and an outstanding warrant by Officer Eddy Raisin. BOND STREET: Norman L. Davis, 21, Neptune, was charged Feb.

Brown was also charged with possession of crack cocaine. A 16-year-old boy was charged in the incident with receiving stolen property. DEAL LAKE DRIVE: Willie Johnson 31, Neptune, was charged Feb.

6 with burglary by Officer Cart Christie. COMSTOCK STREET: William E. Anderson, 34, Asbury Avenue, was charged Feb. 3 with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test by Officer Nicholas Townsend. SUMMERFIELD AVENUE: Debbera A.

Randolph, 43, Summerfield Avenue, was charged Feb. 2 with making terroristic threats and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose by Officer Robert Ash. ELIZABETH AND SPRINGWOOD AVENUES: Paul R. Cole, 25, Long Branch, and Kate P. Unbehauen, 22, Oceanport, were charged Feb.

5 with receiving stolen property by Officer Donald Vick and Offi- cer M. Terry. SPRINGWOOD AVENUE: Charles D. Young, 39, Asbury Avenue, was charged Feb. 4 with possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute and intent to distribute in a school and park zone by Officer Michael Barnes.

Laura J. Angelo, 46, Jackson, was also charged in the incident with possession of heroin. SPRINGWOOD AVENUE: A 17-year-old boy was charged Feb. 4 with possession of cocaine and heroin, possession with intent to distribute and intent to distribute in a school zone by Officer Alfred Lyons. DEWITT AVENUE: Richard M.

Davis, 25, Red Bank, was charged Jan. 30 with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute and intent to distribute in a school zone by Officer Terrance Fel-lenz. OTHER POLICE BUSINESS: Between Jan. 31 and Feb. 6, police made seven arrests for trespassing, one for wandering to obtain a controlled dangerous substance, four for possession of drug paraphernalia, two for disorderly conduct and one for obstructing the administration of justice.

One vehicle was reported stolen, three stolen vehicles were recovered, two vehicles were vandalized and one was burglarized. Police also made 30 arrests for outstanding warrants. BELMAR POLICE HEADQUARTERS: A 46-year-old borough man was charged Jan. 26 with simple assault for a Jan. 18 incident on Pinetree Way.

Sgt. Tom Palm-isano made the arrest. POLICE HEADQUARTERS: A 20-year-old Ocean man was charged Jan. 31 with possession of false identification for a Jan. 30 incident on Main Street.

Patrolman John Garrecht made the arrest. TRAIN STATION: A 23-year-old borough man was charged Feb. 1 with criminal mischief for an incident on 12th Avenue. Patrolmen Dan Lynch and Greg Desserich made the arrest. ROUTE 138: James J.

Urcinole II, 21, Toms River, was charged Jan. 30 with driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Todd Lee. OTHER POLICE BUSINESS: Between Jan. 27 and Feb. 2, police issued 35 motor vehicle summonses for moving violations and 37 for parking violations.

One warrant was served for contempt of court. BRADLEY BEACH PARK PLACE: Unknown suspects entered an unlocked vehicle and removed the stereo Jan. 25. Patrolman Ted Bian-chi took the report. BRINLEY AVENUE: A boy's BMX bicycle was taken from the grammar school grounds where it was left unlocked Jan.

30. Patrolman Ed Scott took the report. MAIN STREET: A 20-year-old South Amboy man was charged Jan. 30 with driving while suspended by Patrolman Ed Scott. P.

Also responding were Officers John Waltz and Sherri Lambert. RIVER ROAD AND ELM PLACE: John J. Snable, 20, Sea Bright, was charged Feb. 2 with drunken driving and other motor vehicle charges by Patrolman John Koetzner. POPLAR AVENUE: Jewelry valued at $5,000 was stolen out of a jewelry box sometime between Jan.

24 and 31. Patrolman William Heath and Detective Joseph McGovem are investigating. LITTLE SILVER FAIRVIEW AVENUE: A pair of Rayban sunglasses was stolen from a vehicle on Jan. 30. Patrolman Paul Halpin took the report.

KINGS ROAD: Someone drove over a lawn on Jan. 31. Patrolman Thomas Mancuso was assigned. PROSPECT AVENUE: Someone smeared ice cream on two vehicles, and also scratched one vehicle with a key, outside a business on Feb. 6.

LONG BRANCH CHELSEA AVENUE: Gisnei Riberio Campos, 18, Chelsea Avenue, was charged with attempted murder, "aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and threat to kill Feb.
