Born in Lakewood, he lived most of his life in Ocean County. He worked as a landscaper for Comfort Lawn in Manchester. He was predeceased by his father, Ruffino Feliciano. Surviving are his mother, Gloria Velazquez of Toms River; two brothers, Victor and Ramon both of Toms River and four sisters, Rosa of Florida, Juana Behr of Beachwood and Ivone and Margie both of South Carolina.

Also surviving is his fiancee, Elizabeth Lilley of Jackson along with many nieces and nephews. Todd, 82, of Long Branch, died, courageously, from cancer without enduring painful treatments on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at the Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Mr.

Todd was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Long Branch since 1952. He was honorably discharged from the US Army, during Korean Conflict. He attended Pratt Institute, NYC. He was a Supervisor and Technical Illustrator at Fort Monmouth, retiring at the age of 48. He then pursued his career as a successful cartoonist, which many of his cartoons were sold to different journals throughout the Country.

Mr. Todd was an avid golfer and a member of Old Orchard Country Club, Eatontown. He excelled at all athletics. Mr. Todd had an impressive collection of 45's Rock and Roll albums as well as the Big Band Era.

He will always be remembered for his sense of humor. Mr. Todd is survived by his wife, Joan Schulz Todd; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Suzanne Todd, of Flemington; three grandchildren, Ryan, McKeena and Schulyer Todd; his cousin, Lenore Belak, of Visitation will be Wednesday July 28, 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Woolley Funeral Home, 10 Morrell Long Branch. She worked as a sewing machine operator for 35 years before retiring in 1973 from Newark Slip Factory.

Born in Newark, she resided in Belleville for 15 years before moving to Toms River 32 years ago. She enjoyed crocheting, Bingo and playing cards with her friends. She made weekly rosaries for the local nursing homes and hospitals with St Joseph's Church, and many sweater sets for newborn infants with unwed mothers in the Toms River area. She is predeceased by her husband, Charles Louis in 1978; her brothers, Vincent Nucifora and Salvatore Nucifora. He was born in South Amboy, lived in Farmingdale before moving to Brick four years ago. He was employed by the State of New Jersey as a Plumber-Steamfitter for 29 years before retiring 3 years ago. Duelk, 82, of Leisure Knoll, Manchester died Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Manchester Manor Nursing Rehabilitation Center, Manchester. He was employed for 35 years for the town of Greenburgh, NY as a Draftsman before retiring in 1987. He attended the Pinelands Reformed Church, Toms River. An avid musician, he played drums in his own band which frequently performed up in the Catskills. He belonged to the Monday Billiards, and Men's Golf Clubs all in Leisure Knoll.

Born in the Bronx, NY he lived for most of his life in White Plains, before moving to Manchester 21 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Mary H. (Honeysett) Duelk; three daughters, Joanne Siudym of Flower Mound, TX, Penny Duelk of Mt. Kisco, NY, Katherine King of Palm Harbor, and a granddaughter, Olivia Siudym of Flower Mound, TX. Crissy was a force; she brought incredible vitality and determination to her life and to the lives of those around her. Her sense of humor and zest for living were contagious and she lived every day determined to share her energy with others. Crissy is survived by her husband of eighteen years, Shawn; her daughters Alexandra and Kathryn; her son William; her mother Kathryn Meredith; her sisters Lauren Smith and Nicole Harrison; her nephews Theodore Smith, Robert Smith, and Alexander Seldomridge; her nieces Mackenzie Harrison, Taylor Harrison, Morgan Harrison, and Payton Seldomridge; and a large extended family of devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Crissy was predeceased by her father Robert Meredith. EDWARD ROBERT ROCHE AGE: 80 HOWELL Edward Robert Roche "Bob 80, of Howell, formerly of Wayside passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at the Jersey Shore Medical Center. Bob was born on October 2nd, 1929 in Wayside, in his youth, he worked on the family's Os-born Dairy Farm, milking cows and delivering milk. A graduate of Asbury Park High School, Bob served in the Korean War and was one of the last pigeoneers, following his discharge from the Army Bob was employed as a dispatcher for DTA Concrete Company for many years, and briefly for the Lermer Corporation. Later, known as "Uncle he ran a pony ride business for 7 years and also did white dove releases.

His love of pigeons spanned his entire life. He was an avid Pigeon fancier and homing pigeon racer. He was the former president of the Monmouth Park Racing Pigeon Club, and a member of the Bayshore Variety Pigeon Club, and MONOC, During his retirement, he loved giving presentations to schoolchildren, educating them about pigeons, snakes, and other critters. Bob was predeceased by his mother, Kathryn Osborn Raczkiewicz; his father, Edward Raczkiewicz, and brother, "Buzzy" Larry Raczkiewicz. He is survived by his wife, "Peg" Margaret Roche of 26 years; sister, Donna Stanley and her husband Michael; son, David Raczkiewicz and his children Evan Raczkiewicz and Aimee Raczkiewicz; son, Robert Raczkiewicz and his daughter Jessica Raczkiewicz and wife Netta; son, Howard Raczkiewicz and his partner, Luke Magliaro; daughter, Julie Soleil, daughter, Lindsey Roche; stepdaughter, Susan Hammer; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family and friends are in vited to the visitation on Wednesday 6-9 pm at the Johnson Funeral Home Cremation Service 2652 Highway 138 westbound, ad jacent to the Rt. 18 north entrance. STEPHEN J. MEGILL JR. AGE: 85 BORN IN LONG BRANCH Stephen J. Megill 85, of Auburndale, formerly of Cape Coral, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010. Mr.

Megill was born Jan. 7, 1925 in Long Branch and a son of the late Stephen and Mabel Sculthorpe Megill Sr. Stephen was a retired paid driverpump operator with the Long Branch Fire Dept. and was a member and past president of Local 309 Fire Fighters a member of Local 68 FMBA and past president of EAA Fireman's Chapter. Mr.

Megill was a Navy veteran, serving honorably in World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the D-Day Invasion of Normandy, serving as a Gunner's Mate. A pilot since 1947, he built and flew five airplanes. He was a member and past president of the 140 Flying Club of Marlboro, and a past president of the Cape Coral Seahawks. Stephen was also a Masoic Lodge 158 member and a 32nd Degree Mason, Windhurst Lodge of Tampa and Egypt Shrine Temple of Tampa.

He was a volunteer for Sun n' Fun for over 15 years. He is survived by his wife, Jocelyn of Auburndale; his children, Stephen J. (Linda) Megill III of Long Branch, Carl D. Megill of Eatontown, and Barbara (Paul) Wagner of Cape Coral, his grandchildren, Stephen Megill IV, Paul Wagner Amanda Wagner-Allard, Deanna Megill and Lorianne Megill; his greatgrandchildren, Mitchell Allard, Halet Allard and Emma Megill; a brother, Racine Megill and a sister, Helen Megill, both of Farming-dale; and a sister, Miriam Miller of Long Branch. CRISTINE "CRISSY" MEREDITH MIELE AGE: 41 RUMSON Cristine "Crissy" Meredith Miele, 41, of Rumson, New Jersey, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 after a courageous 12 year battle with breast cancer. Born in New York, New York, on October 26, 1968, Crissy grew up in Rumson, NJ and attended Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School. She graduated from Middle-bury College in 1990 and received a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University in 1994. Crissy was a devoted and loving mother and was passionate about her three children. With her husband, Shawn, Crissy founded Advice Media LLC.

As a young woman Crissy traveled extensively; she and Shawn spent time living in Hong Kong, climbing mountains in Asia, North America and Russia, and skiing in Jackson Hole. Crissy was a fierce competitor and an accomplished athlete. She was, at different times, the number one ranked paddle tennis player in the country, 2 year captain of the Middlebury College Women's Tennis Team, and 5 time Women's Singles Champion at the Seabright Lawn Tennis Cricket Club. It is notable that she won 4 of those championships after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Initially diagnosed with breast cancer at age 29, Crissy became a powerful advocate for the early detection of breast cancer in her community.

She spoke at high schools and women's groups about the importance of self-breast examination and regular mammography screenings. Marie Clair featured her in the No COL. ALFRED J. GREGORITCH AGE: 93 BERKELEY TWP. Col.

Alfred J. Gregoritch, 93, of Holiday City section of Berkeley passed away on Friday July 23, 2010 at The Worthington Assisted Living, Brick, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, NY he lived in Forest Hills prior to moving to Holiday City over 80 years ago. Al served in the US Army as one of the "greatest generation" during World War II, retiring as a Colonel. He also served another career on the New York City Police Department, retiring as a Lieutenant.

He later became a Professor in the criminal justice program at Ocean County College. Al was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley past commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10185, a member of the American Legion Post 129, a member of the Jersey Shore 10-13 Association, a lifetime member of the New York Veteran Police Association and a lifetime member of the Reserve Officers Association. Al is predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years, Catherine (nee Mikula) Gregoritch, in May of 2010; his parents, Joseph and Ro-sie Gregoritch, and his brother, Joseph Gregoritch. Al is survived by his brother, Edward, and his wife, Mary; his nephew, Steven, and his wife, Beth, and niece, Jane Gregoritch.

He is also survived by dear friends, Steven, Eileen, Kelly, and Lindsey Gerding. The family will receive friends Thursday July 29, 2010 from 2-4 7-9 p.m. with an 8 p.m. service at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals 145 St.

Catherine Blvd. Toms River, NJ. Burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA at a later date. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, and lived in Cambria Heights, NY, before moving to Leisure Village East in 1971. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles M. Heynen and Ida R. (Becht) Heynen. She is survived by Aunts and Uncles, Stephen and Joan Pamas and Arthur and Zelda Becht; by cousins, Jo-Ann Becht, Jane LaDuke, Charles Heynen, William Heynen, Susan LaDuke, Barbara Rignanese and Richard LaDuke, and many good friends from the LVE community.

Charlene lived life to the fullest in Leisure Village East, where she was known for line dancing, bocce, bowling and hosting social activities. For many years she spent vacations in Maine and Puerto Rico. Silverton Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She will be cremated. Sign a guest book- APP.comobituaries AUGUST "GUS" FORTE AGE: 88 TOMS RIVER August "Gus" Forte, 88, of Toms River left us on Sunday, July 25, 2010 after a courageous battle with a long illness. Gus was a career fire fighter employed at the Naval Air Engineering Station, Lakehurst retiring as Fire Chief in 1980. He was an active member of Toms River Fire Co.

2 for 54 years. He was also a charter member and chief instructor at the Toms River Training Facility on Church Rd. In October of 2002 he was honored by having the facility named in his honor now known as "The Chief August Forte Training He was a member of the International Society of Fire Instructors, and a member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs since 1967. He was also a Life Member and Trustee of the N.J. Exempt Fireman's Association, and a Life Member in the N.J.

Fireman's Relief Association. His military service included 6 years in a PBY Squadron as a tail gunner, and 15 years in the N.J. National Guard 50th Armor Division in Toms River. He was a Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Born in Pittsburgh, Pa.

to Mary (nee) Romano and Anthony Forte, he has lived in Toms River since 1950. Surviving are his wife, Gloria of 63 years. He is the devoted father to Pamela Pelletier of Bayville, and Nancy Caldwell and her husband Alvin of Millville; and loving grandfather to Michael and Andrew Pelletier of Bayville, and Katherine Caldwell Carder and husband Brent of San Marcos, CA. He is also survived by a brother, Henry Forte and his wife Joan of Las Vegas, NV A viewing will be held from 2:00 4:00 and 7:00 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, at the Anderson Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River.

Funeral Services on Thursday will be private for the family, followed by burial at the Brig. General Wm. C. Doyle Veteran's Mem. Arneytown, NJ.
