SAY FUNERAL MONMOUTH CLORINDA "GLORIA" BUNGER, 83, of the Cliffwood section of ABERDEEN, died Saturday, May 17, at the Bayshore Community Hospital. Born in Cliffwood, she remained a life long resident. Gloria was a food service supervisor for the Matawan School System. When Jace Co. took over the food service for the Matawan Schools Mrs.

Bunger stayed on and became a district manager food the Monmouth County area schools for 20 years. She also owned and operated the Pavilion Restaurant in Glenn Falls, N.Y. for three years. Gloria loved to travel. She traveled around Europe several times over the years, at times with her children and grandchildren. Her most recent overseas trip was to Ireland with her sister and frequent travel companion, Jennie. Gloria also enjoyed road trips, often visiting historic landmarks in New England and especially colonial Williamsburg in Virginia, where she would tour the plantations, including her favorite, the Monticello.

One of her pastimes was sewing. Gloria would make Easter outfits for her children and nieces, and her Halloween costumes would always win prizes in the annual parades. Gloria was famous for her sauce, which the extended family enjoyed just about every Sunday.
