She was born in Scotland and came to the United States in 1916. She lived in New Haven, before moving here 15 years ago. Milobelia Hill, 75, active in masonry HOWELL TOWNSHIP Milobelia Hm, 75, died Monday at Freehold Area Hospital, Freehold Township. Mrs.

Hill, of West Farms Road, was bora in Wetumpky, and moved here 29 years ago. She was a member of the International He was 80 and was born in Germany. He came to the United States 60 years ago and lived in Cranford Township for 45 years before moving here 10 years ago. Mr. Hoffman worked for the Singer Manufacturing Elizabeth, for 50 years before retiring 15 years ago.

A ten, Green Grove Road, died yesterday at Lankenau Hospital, Philadelphia. Mrs. Aten, 52, was born in Manalapan Township and lived most of her life in the Shore area. Surviving are her husband, Wilbur a son, Daniel Brielle; two sisters, Dorothy Sczczepanik, Cranbury Township, and Ruth Gibson, Allendale, S.C., and a granddaughter. GEORGE GERDING DOVER TOWNSHIP George Gerd-ing, 56, died Monday at Community Memorial Hospital, here. He was born in Oiffside Park and lived in Union City and North Bergen Township before moving here nine years ago. Mr. Gerding was a ticket agent for Conrail, Asbury Park. He was a communicant of St.

Justin's Roman Catholic Church, here, and was a JOSEPH ALCANO RED BANK Joseph Alcano, a retired barber, died yesterday at Riverview Hospital Mr. Alcano, 79, was born in Italy and lived here most of his life. He resided at 129 Shrewsbury Ave. Before retiring he owned Joe's Barber Shop, located at various times in Red Bank, Middletown Township and Keans-burg. He was a communicant of St.

Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, here. He was a member of the Giuseppe Garibaldi Society, here. A daughter, Grace Clark, died in December, 1979. Surviving are his wife, the former Christina Cosentino; a son, Thomas Middletown Township; a daughter, Mamie J. Sorensen, Riverdale, a sister, Margaret Cosentino, here, and nine grandchildren.

The John E. Day Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements. BENJAMIN WIENER MANALAPAN TOWNSHIP Benjamin Wiener, a retired bank clerk, died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Presbyterian Church. She was the widow of James Boyle, who died in January.

Surviving are a daughter, Rena Brockets here; two grandsons and four great-grandsons. The Anderson A Campbell Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements. SADIE J. SWEENEY BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP Sadie J. Sweeney, 96, died yesterday at Southern Ocean County Hospital, Stafford Township.

Mrs. Sweeney was born in Waretown, Ocean Township, and was a lifelong resident of this area. She belonged to the Brookville Methodist Church, Ocean Township. She was a member of the Cedar Run Lodge, Daughters of Liberty. Her husband, Thomas, died in 1939.

Vogel, 61, plumbing contractor SEASIDE PARK Eugene J. Vogel, a plumbing contractor, died yesterday at Community Memorial Hospital, Toms River. Mr. Vogel, 61, was born in Philadelphia and had lived in Dover Township for 25 years before moving here last year. He formerly owned Economy Plumbing and Heating, Dover Township, for 25 years.

He was a communicant of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River, and a past president of its Holy Name Society. He was also a past president of the Ocean County Federation Holy Name Society. He was one of the organizers of the Toms River Softball League and was involved in the development of many of its playing fields. He built racing car engines, many of which were used in stock cars which raced in Wall Stadium competitions.

His own car was highest point champion at the stadium in 1974. He was a World War Army veteran. He was a 25-year member of George P. Vanderveer Post 129, American Legion, Toms River. Surviving are his wife, the former Adele Ziegler; a son, Eugene Dover Township; a daughter, Eileen Kelly, Austin, Texas; two stepdaughters, Alison and Jennifer Barrows, here; two brothers, Leroy, Atlantic City, and Joseph, Toms River; a sister, Eleanor Bayer, Philadelphia, and three grandchildren.

The Carmona-Bolen Home for Funerals, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements. JAMES W.DWYER SOUTH BRUNSWICK TOWNSHIP James W. Dwyer, of the Monmouth Junction section, died yesterday at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, East Orange. Mr. Dwyer, 62, was born in Manasquan and lived in Edison Township before moving here one year ago.

He was a retired maintenance worker from Finast Foods in Kearny. Mr. Dwyer graduated from, Point Pleasant Beach High School in 1938. He was a World War Navy veteran. Mr.

Dwyer was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3117, Edison Town- JOHN A. KEELAN KEANSBURG John A. Keelan, a retired foreman, died Monday at Lankenau Hospital, Philadelphia. Mr. Keelan, 70, was born in Newark and had lived here for the past 50 years.

He retired in 1977 after 26 years with NL Industries, Sayreville. He was a communicant of St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, here. He was a member of the Golden Age Senior Citizens Club, the United Methodist Church Senior Citizens Club, and the Senior Citizen's Advisory Board, all here. Surviving are his wife, the former Ka-thryn Kowal; a son, John Manchester Township; a daughter, Catherine Clarke, Holmdel Township; a sister, Elizabeth Keelan, here, and five grandchildren.

The Day Funeral Home, Keyport, is in charge of arrangements. FLORENCE W. ZERMAN ASBURY PARK Florence Walker Zerman, a retired teacher, died yesterday at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Mrs. Zerman was born in Jersey City and had been a resident of Spring Lake and the Middletown Township area for more than 40 years before moving here three years ago.

She retired in 1978 after 10 years at Middletown Township Grammar School, after which she worked as a substitute teacher in Wall Township schools. She was a member of the New Jersey Education Association. Her husband, Abner died in 1960. Surviving are four sisters, Hazel E. Walker and Alberta W.

Cullinane, both here, Beatrice W. Larson, Spring Lake, and Elaine W. Graf, Westfield. The Buckley Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements. Scholarship, and was MRS.

HILL a member of the Howell Booster Club. Her husband, Charles, died in 1978. She was a member of the Bethany Bap- tist Church, Farmingdale. Surviving are seven sons, John, Charles and Carl, all Farmingdale, Curtis, Freehold, Douglas, Neptune, and Larry and Perry both Lakewood; four daughters, Thelma Ellington, Newark, and Loretta Hayes, Missie Howard, and Ruby Colbert, all Freehold; two sisters, Loreatha Hatten, Dayton, Ohio, and Jamie ty, Tuskegee, two foster sons, Melvin Maddoz, New York, and Douglas Adams, Freehold; a stepdaughter, Sarah Johnson, a stepson, George Hill, Fort Wayne, 38 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Mr. Possel, 79, was born in Germany and came to the United States in 1923. He lived in Secaucus before moving here 13 years ago.

He retired in 1966 after 22 years as a longshoreman in Hoboken. Surviving are his wife, the former Minna Behrens; a stepson, Fred Lucken, Monroe, and two grandchildren. The Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements. MARGARET M. DONLON Mr.

Wiener, 64, of Mercer Lane, was born in Worcester, and had lived in New York before moving here 12 years ago. Surviving are his wife, the former Fern Berk; a daughter, Randi, at home; a brother, Jack, California, and two sisters, Sally Savitch and Bernice Hobbs, both of New York. The Bloomfield-Cooper Funeral Chapel, Ocean Township, is in charge of arrangements. OLIVIA JUNE MELCmONNE BRICK TOWNSHIP Olivia June Mel-chionne, 55, died Monday at Riverview Hospital, Red Bank. Melchionne was born in Glen Gardner and had been a resident here for the past 22 years. She was a communicant of St. Mary's By the Sea Episcopal Church, Point Pleasant Beach. Surviving are her husband, Vincent; a son, James, Manchester Township; two daughters, Donna M. and Dale Ann, both at home; a sister, Carol Stillman, Boca Raton, and three grandchildren.

Voorhees, 91, a Prudential Insurance Co. retiree, died Monday at her residence at the Francis Asbury Manor. She was born in Franklin Township and was formerly of Union Township and the Middlebush section of Franklin Township before becoming a resident here five years ago. She was employed in the personnel department of Prudential Insurance Newark, for more than 50 years. She was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church, Newark.

FLORENCE MAY WHALE OCEAN GROVE Florence May Whale, a retired accounts clerk, died Sunday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. Ms. Whale, 72, of Main Avenue, was born in Newark and lived in Kearny for 20 years before moving here four years ago.

She retired in 1972 after 23 years with Bamberger's, Newark. Surviving are three nieces and three nephews. The Laurel Funeral Home, Hazlet Township, is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Donlon, 53, lived on Cornell Drive. She was born in New York and moved here 25 years ago. She was a communicant of St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church, Holmdel Township.

RAYMOND JOHNSON WARETOWN Raymond "Mort" Johnson, a retired government employee, died Monday at Southern Ocean County-Hospital, Stafford Township. He was a lifelong resident here. He retired in 1979 after 33 years as a warehouse worker at Lakehurst Naval Air Engineering Center. Following his retirement, he worked as a clammer in the Barnegat Bay area. He was a Navy and Air Force veteran of World War and had served with the 15th Air Force in Italy.

He was in fellowship with St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, here. He was a member of the Waretown Volunteer Fire Company for more than 40 years. Surviving are his wife, the former Dora Elkington; three daughters, Morta E. and Paula here, and Frances H.

EMILY MARIE CARTER BRICK TOWNSHIP Emily Marie Carter, 73, died yesterday at Point Pleasant Hospital. She was born in Philadelphia and lived here many years before moving to Phoenix, for 10 years and then back here.

Surviving are her husband, Herman; three sons, Robert, here, William, Phoenix, and James, Somerset; a daughter, Violet Nodine, Glendale, a sister, Rebecca Formont, Maple Shade; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was 83 and lived in Crestwood Village.

He was born in Imperial, and lived there for 75 years before moving here in 1974. Mr. Drugmand owned and operated Roland A. Drugmand Merchantile, Imperial, for 40 years before retiring in 1963. He was a member of St.

John's Lodge 219, Pittsburgh; the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Northern Masonic Jurisdiction, Valley of Pittsburgh; Syria Shrine, Pittsburgh, and a charter and life member of the Imperial Lions Club, Imperial. Mr. Drugmand was a member of the Billiards Club, Trowel Club, Residence Club Village Old Guard and Symphonette, all of Crestwood Village. Mr. Drugmand and his wife, the former Julia George, celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary in August.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Nor-van, Harrington Park, and Donald, Scottsdale, a daughter, Eileen Sands, Danbury, and eight grandchildren.
