Yahn, 81; Was Retired Teacher WELLSBORO, Pa. Miss Martha M. Yahn, 81, of 42 East died Jan. 2 at the Green Home Inc. Nursing Home, here.

Miss Yahn retired in 1956 after 30 years at Lakewood, N.J.. high school, where she taught early European history and served as chairman of the history department. Before going to Lakewood, she taught In a one-room schoolhouse here. Surviving are a brother, Charles Yahn, here, and a sister, Mrs. Helen Longwell, Riverside, Calif.

The William H. Tussey Funeral Home, here, was in charge of arrangements. MRS. MICHAEL DEL GUERCIO ASBURY PARK Maria L. Del Cuercio, 96, of ISO Fifth died yesterday at home.

Harry M. Tallmadge, President of Company LONG BRANCH Harry M. Tallmadge 81. of 1176 Lincoln Court, dirt yesterday at Monmouth Medical Center, here. He lived here for 47 years.

Mr. Tallmadge was president of the Talco Cash Register here. He had been publisher and general manager of the Asbury Park Sun, an afternoon newspaper that went out of business in 1947 a year after it was founded by Walter Reade Sr. In 1935, Mr. Tallmadge was president of the Long Branch Chamber of Commerce, and later served as its executive secretary From 1968 to 1970, he was chairman of the board of the Independent Cash Registers Dealers Association.

Mr. Tallmadge was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of Post 44, American Legion, here. He was also a member of Clearwater Lodge 1525, BPO Elks, Clearwater, Fla. Surviving are his wife, the former Mary Scussel: a son. H.

Mvron TaiimaH Otk Tf an1 SYLVESTER J. DORSEY HAZLET TOWNSHIP Sylvester J. Dor-sey, 85, Courtland Drive, died Thursday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. He moved here from Brooklyn, N.Y., 10 years ago. Before his retirement in 1950, Mr.

Dorsey worked as an Investigator for the Travelers Insurance Co. He was a 1917 graduate of St. Francis College, Brooklyn, N.Y. His wife, the former Lucy E. MrKeon, died In 1968.

Survivtng are two sons, John J. Dorsey, Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick, Canada, and James F. Dorsey, here, with whom he lived, and five grandchildren. The Day Funeral Home, Keyport, is in charge of arrangements. SEYMOUR WEISS EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP Seymour Weiss.

63, of 143 Probasco Road, died Thursday at home. He lived here for the past four years. Mr. Weiss was a film technician at Finast Color Lab, New York, until his retirement three years ago. He was a member of the First Bereg Munkacser Society, New York.

Surviving are his wife, Florence; two daughters, Mrs. Lois G. Silverman, at home, and Mrs. Jacqueline Cohen, New York; a brother, Bernard. California; a sister, Mrs.

Caroline Consiglio, Piermont, N.Y., and a grandchild. The Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, is in charge of arrangements. Pasquale Fortunato, Was Contractor, Tenor INTERLAKEN Pasquale "Patsty" Fortunato, 68, of 308 Windermere died yesterday at his home. He lived here for 50 years. Mr.

Fortunato was the owner, with his son, of P. Fortunato Builders and Contractors, here. He was a building inspector here for many years. Mr. Fortunato was Grand Deputy of the Grand Lodge of the Sons of Italy of New Jersey, and past president of the Sons of Italy and the Italian Progressive Dub, both Asbury Park.

He produced operas in the Shore area, and performed as a tenor in local productions of "La Traviata" and "Rigoletto." He appeared in the leading role in six operas produced by the New York Grand Opera Company in New York and Philadelphia, and had traveled on a 14,000 mile tour with an opera company. He was a communicant and trustee of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, and past president of its Holy Name Society. Surviving are his wife, the former Maga-ret Spina; three sons, Dominic, Park Ridge, Enrico, Washington, D.C., and Jerry, Asbury Park; three bothers, Phillip, Edison Township, Emil, Neptune, and Carmine, West Long Branch; two sisters, Mary Berardesco, Asbury Park, and Marjorie Gerard, Farm-ingdale, and seven grandchildren. SHERWOOD C. PUTNAM MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP Mildred I. Putnam, 65, of 18A Monmouth Lane, Crest-wood Village, died yesterday at Paul Kimball Hospital, Lakewood. Mrs. Putnam was born in Toronto and moved here five years ago.

Her husband, Sherwood, died in 1975. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Edith Brim-blecombe, Toronto. The Anderson Campbell Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements. BERNARD E.

PERKINS LACEY TOWNSHIP Bernard E. Perkins, 68, of 451 Lake Barnegat Drive, died Thursday at Community Memorial Hospital, Toms River. He lived in Kenilworth before moving here seven years ago. Mr. Perkins retired in 1970 after 42 years as an instrument repairman for Exxon Elizabeth.

He was a member of the Democratic Club and was a communicant of St. Pius Roman Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, the former Elizabeth Eick; a son, Robert Roselle Park; two daughters, Mrs. Patricia C. Diamond, Staten Island, N.Y., and Ms.

Kathleen M. Perkins, Elizabeth; his mother, Mrs. Theresa Perkins, Kenilworth; a sister, Mrs. Helen Bausch, Kenilworth, and two grandchildren. The Riggs Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements.

MRS. ROLF CASPER MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP Martha H. Hagane Casper, 82, of 84 Highland Leonardo, died Thursday at Riverview Hosptlal, Red Bank. She was born in Risor, Norway, came to this country in 1929 and lived most of her life in Teaneck before moving here 17 years ago. Mrs.

Casper and her late husband, Rolf, owned and operated the Scandia Cafe, Tea-neck, for 25 years before retiring in 1961. She was a life member of Noreg Lodge 466, Sons of Norway, here, and Its Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are her brother, Karl Hagane, Norway, and many nieces and nephews here and In Norway. The John F. MRS. MICHAEL WALSH MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP Nora Su-grue Walsh, 74, of 102 Monmouth Port Monmouth, died Thursday at Riverview Hospital, Red Bank. She was born in Claddananure, County Kerry, Ireland, came to this country in 1922, and lived in New York until moving here six months ago. Mrs. Walsh was a communicant of St.

Catherine's Roman Catholic Church, here. Survivtng are her husband, Michael; three sons, Michael Denver, Dennis, West Hempstead, N.Y., and Daniel, Parsippany-Troy Hills Township; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Thomkins, at home; three brothers, Daniel Sugrue and Jeremiah Sugrue, both County Kerry, Ireland, and Christopher Sugrue, Middlesex, England; two sisters, Mrs. Ellen O'Brien, the Bronx, N.Y., and Mrs. Josephine Clarke, London, England, and 20 grandchildrean and a great-grandchild.

He lived most of his life in Orange before moving here 10 years ago. Mr. Hyde was employed at the East Orange Fire Department headquarters. He was a member of the Men's Club, the Fishing Club, and the Clubhouse, all Holiday City. Surviving are his wife, the former Elizabeth Vogel; a son, Robert Ridgewood; two daughters, Mrs.

Marion Delmarle, Troy, and Mrs. John Freeman, Brick Township; three brothers, James, here, Victor, Sayreville, and Frederick, West Orange; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Eakle, West Orange, and Mrs. Ella Mulbach, Florham Park, and five grandchildren. FRANK M. MC CAULEY FREEHOLD Frank M. McCauley, 71, of 9 Broad died yesterday at Freehold Area Hospital, Freehold Township. He lived here for five years. Mr.

McCauley was a truck driver until his retirement five years ago. He was an Army veteran of World War n. Surviving are his wife, Florence a daughter, Mrs. Antoinette Pesci, Newark; four brothers, Andrew, West Orange, Allen, Brick Township, Thomas, Dover Township, and Richard, Warren Township; two sisters, Catherine, West Orange, and Jenny, Jackson Township, six grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren. MRS. LEONARD LEMAL BRIKIJ.E Mabel Lemal, 79, of 410 Kenli Lane, died at Point Pleasant Hospital. She lived In Bayonne until moving here 13 years ago. Mrs. Lemal was the wife of Leonard, who died in 1961.

She was a communicant of St. Denis Roman Catholic Church, Manasquan. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Davis Abernathy and Mrs. Burnett Cain, both here, and Mrs.

Kenneth Glover, Bridge-water Township, 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall Township, is in charge of arrangements. BLANCHE A. RICE LAKEWOOD Miss Blanche A. Rice, 89, 285 River died yesterday.

She lived In East Orange before moving here 10 years ago. Before retiring about 20 years ago, Miss Rice was a practical nurse. Surviving is a sister, Miss Maude Rice, Los Angeles. The Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, is in charge of arrangements. MRS.

IVY TROUTMAN PEIRCE TTNTON FALLS Ivy Troutman Pelrce, 95, of 133 Newman Springs Road, died Friday at her home. She lived in New York before moving here 25 years ago. Mrs. Pelrce was a retired actress who had worked in New York most of her life. She was a member of Christ Church, Shrewsbury.

31, of 460 Ocean died Thursday at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He lived most of his life in Atlantic Highlands before moving here 10 years ago. Mr. Gibson worked as a salesman for the Goodwin Motor Plalnfield. He served as an Air Force sergeant during the Viet Nam War.

He was a communicant of Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, Rumson. He was a 1965 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Middletown Township. Surviving are his wife, Patricia; his father, Walter A. Gibson and mother, Frances, both Atlantic Highlands; a stepdaughter, Ellen Crummy, here; and two brothers, Peter J. and Michael both Atlantic Highlands.
