OBITUARIES JOSEPH MC COY OCEAN TOWNSHIP Joseph McCoy, 68, of 110 4th Waretown, died yesterday at the Hillcrest Nursing Home, Lakewood. Mr. McCoy was born in New York City, and came here three years ago from Brick Township. Surviving are his widow, the former Pearl Pursley; and a daughter, Frances, New York City. The Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements.

MRS. WILLIAM CUMMINGS MANASQUAN Mrs. Drucilla Van Dorn Cummings, 302 E. Main died Saturday at the Claremont Care Center, Point Pleasant Mrs. Cummings was born in Marlboro Township, and came here 45 years ago from Freehold.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church, here, and Wall Chapter Order of Eastern Star, Her husband was the late William. Surviving is a son, Robert Archie Longstreet, Washington, D.C. The Robert C. Neary Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements. HENRY A.

HEBERT SR. OCEAN GATE Henry A. Hebert 70, of 560 Long Branch died yesterday at Community Memorial Hospital, River. Mr. "Hebert was born in Springfield, and came here 12 years ago from Elizabeth.

He had worked as a machinist for the Diehl Manufacturing Finderne, for 30 years. He retired in 1960. Mr. Hebert was a member of the Ocean Gate Special Police: the Men's Senior Citizens Club of Berkeley Township; the Senior Citizens of Pine Beach; and the Senior Citizens of Ocean Gate. He was a communicant of St.

Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River. Surviving are his widow, Catherine; a son, Henry A. Elizabeth; a daughter, Mrs. Rita Eilbacher, Cranford; and nine grandchildren. The Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements.

JOSEPH L. FELSMANN SHREWSBURY Joseph L. Felsmann, 28, of 37 Barker died April 30 after falling from his boat in the Shrewsbury River. His body was recovered Saturday on Sand Island. Mr.

Felsmann was born in Long Branch. He lived in Fair Haven before moving here five years ago. He was a civilian motor vehicle operator at Ft. Monmouth. Mr.

Felsmann was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the National Rifle Association. Surviving are his widow, the former Anneliese Corrigan; his paretns, Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Felsmann, Fair Haven, and a sister, Miss Susan, Fair Haven. The John 1 E.

Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements. MRS. WILLIAM A. DUNKLEY JACKSON TOWNSHIP Mrs. Ruth Dunkley, 69, of 79 Nicholas died Saturday at Point Pleasant Hospital.

She was the wife of William A. Dunkley. Mrs. Dunkley was born in Paterson. She lived in Haledon before moving here two years ago.

She was a retired saleswoman. Mrs. Dunkley was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church, Paterson, and a past matron of Jeptha Chapter 134 of the Order of the Eastern Star, Hawthorne. Also are a son, Donald Burke, Point Pleasant; three daughters, Mrs. Thelma Willimann, Haledon; Mrs.

Gladys Findlay, Spring Lake; and Mrs. Doris Schmidt, Madison Township; a sister, Mrs. Beatrice Lawrence; nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild. The Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, Hawthorne, is in charge of arrangements. THOMAS J.

MERTZ LITTLE SILVER Thomas J. Mertz, 57, of 541 Branch died yesterday at Riverview Hospital, Red Bank. Mr. Mertz was born in Red Bank, and was a lifelong resident of this area. He was employed as a salesman for the Lawes Coal Shrewsbury.

He was a member of the Hook and Ladder Fire Co. of Red Bank, and was a communicant of St. James RoCatholic Church, also Red Bank. Surviving are his widow, Madeline and three McCormick, sisters, Red Bank, Miss Helen Mertz, Long Branch, and Mrs. Harry Spittlehause, Eatontown.

LOGEVITY PAY (a) The longevity pay granted following pay schedule for the above listed municipal emploves and for Parking Violatons Officers and Fire Chief listed in paragraph No. 4 below, retoractive to January 1, 1973 shall be as follows: Beginning the 5th year through the 9th vear of service of base pay. Beginning the 10th year through the 14th year of service of base pay. Beginning the 15th year through the 19th year of service of base pay.

Beginning the 20th year of service of base pay. The above listed municipal emploves whose anniversary date falls between January 1 and June 30 shall be paid as of July 1. Municipal employes whose anniversarv date falls between July 1 and December 31 shall be paid as of January 1. This longevity pay shall be paid larly as a part of the salary of the municipal emploves. (b) The logevity pay granted by the following pay schedule and for the Parking Viloations Officers and the Fire Chief in paragrph No.

4 below and for the above listed municipal emploves commencing January 1, 1974, shall be as follows: Beginning the 5th vear through the 9th vear of service of base pay. Beginning the 10th year through the 14th year of service of base pay. Beginning the 15th year through the 19th vear of service of base pay. Beginning the 20th vear of service of base pay. 4.

Jack J. Pershing and covered World War I in Europe. Her 136 screen plays included the award "Big House" 1930 and "The Champ" in 1932. She married cowboy actor Fred Thomson and their Beverly Hills home became one of Hollywood's great social gathering spots in the 1920s. 1972 a book of her memoirs, "Off With Their Heads," was published by Macmillan and Company.

Mr. Mitchell was born in Ballston Spa, N.Y. He lived in Auburn, N.Y. before moving here 15 years ago. He was a former secretary of the' Central New York section of the Professional Golfers Association, a member of the Masonic Lodge of Schenectady, N.Y., and a Navy veteran of World War I.
