Asbury Park Feb. 1, 1980 A17 Obituaries SERVICES for additional details on some obituaries. Benjamin Shook, retired physician NEPTUNE Dr. Benjamin E. Shook, who practiced medicine for many years, died Wednesday at Jersey Shore Medical Center.

He was 85. He was born in Auburn, and lived and worked in Jersey City before retiring to Asbury Park. Dr. Shook was a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of New Jersey and the Hudson County Medical Society. He was a 32nd-degree Mason and a member of Northern Valley Lodge, New Jersey.

His wife, Mary Teresa McKenna Shook, died in 1975. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Joanne Hamilton, Fair Haven, and Mrs. Jeanne Prial, Paris; two sisters and seven grandchildren. The Richmond F.

Routh Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. CHESTER W. BOUD NEPTUNE CITY Chester W. Boud, 74, of West Sylvania Avenue, died yesterday at his home. He was born in Bradley Beach and was a lifelong resident of the Shore area.

Mr. Boud retired in 1970 after 12 years as a custodian for the Neptune school system. Earlier, he had worked as a truck driver for the Wilson Meat Packing Asbury Park. Mr. Boud was a charter member: and past president of the Twin County Road and Gun Club, Lakehurst, and the New Jersey Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs.

He was an exempt member of the Neptune City Fire Department and a member of the Memorial United Methodist Church, here. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Storer Boud; a son, Roger Boud, here; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Jelinek, Beachwood, and Mrs. Phyllis Smith, Lanoka Harbor, Lacey 1 Township; two sisters, Mrs. Goldie Lee, Toms River, and Mrs.

Davis, Daughter. Charles A. Curatolo; headed title company SEA GIRT Charles A. Curatolo, who founded a title company, died yesterday at his home. He was 77 and lived at 108 Stockton Blvd.

He was born in Elizabeth and lived in New Brunswick for 30 years before moving here in 1967. Mr. Curatolo founded the Curatolo Abstract New Brunswick, and had served as its president. From 1960 to 1962, he was president of the East Brunswick Township Board of Education. Mr.

Curatolo was a charter member of the State Title Association and the Columbian Foundation of Newark. He was a member of the Union Club of New Brunswick, the Elks Lodge, New Brunswick, and the Kiwanis Club of East Brunswick Township. Surviving are his wife, the former Rose L. Tort; a son, John, New Brunswick; a daughter, Mrs. Winston B.

Ferranti, 69, of Margarita Street, Holiday City, died yesterday at Community Memorial Hospital, Toms River. Before retiring, Mr. Ferranti was a supervisor for the Ford Motor Company, Mahwah. He was a member of the Democratic Club, here, and a communicant of St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River. MRS. FRANKLIN C. HILL BRICK TOWNSHIP Charlotte Hull Hill, 65, of 10 Champion Court, died Wednesday at the home of her daughter, here. She was born in Newark and lived in Brielle for 22 years before moving here two years ago. Mrs.

Hill founded the nursery school at the Church in Brielle. She was a member of the Brielle Woman's Club, a past advisor of the Junior Woman's Club, a 20-year member of the Point Pleasant Hospital Guild, a former member of the Manasquan River Yacht Club and a member of the American Association of Retired Persons. Mrs. Hill was a member of the Monmouth County chapter of the American Association of University Women and the Skidmore Alumni Association, Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Surviving are her husband, Franklin two daughters, Miss Pamela C.

The Robert C. Neary Funeral Home, Manasquan, is in charge of arrangements. GEORGE E.T. LUM LAKEWOOD George E.T. Lum, 70, of 110A Cambridge Circle, Leisure Village West, died Tuesday at Paul Kimball Hospital.

He was born in Chatham and lived in Glen Ridge and Andover before moving here two and a half years ago. Mr. Lum retired in 1970 after 15 years as a fund-raising counsel for Marts Lundy New York. He served as president of the first council of the Panther Valley Ecumenical Ministry. He was a member of the Glen Ridge Congregational Church and had been a member of its board of trustees and choir.

Mr. Lum was also a member of the Glen Ridge Glee Club and the Newton Rotary Club. Surviving are his wife, the former Elsa Rohrig; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Sadoff, Annandale, two sisters, Miss Hazel Lum, Chatham, and Mrs. Janet Bray, Timonium, and a granddaughter.

The Anderson Campbell Funeral Home, Toms River, is in charge of arrangements. FRANCIS D. CURTIN DOVER TOWNSHIP Francis D. Curtin died Wednesday at Community Memorial Hospital. He was born in New York and lived there most of his life.

He moved here in 1963 after 10 years in Jersey City. Mr. Curtin retired in 1972 after 32 years as an accountant for the Royal Petroleum Corporation, New York. He was a communicant of St. Justin's Roman Catholic Church, Toms River.

Surviving are his wife, the former Mary I. Corcoran; two sons, Dennis J. and Francis and two daughters, Miss Ann Curtin and Ms. Mary Kluge, all Toms River, and four grandchildren. The Anderson Campbell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

LUBOV CHEBOTAROVICH LAKEWOOD Lubov Chebotarovich, 84, of 31 Spruce died yesterday at Paul Kimball Hospital. Mr. Chebotarovich was born in Russia and lived in Queens, N.Y., before moving here 30 years ago. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Olga Fowler, Lakewood, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The W. David De Roche Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements. MRS. IRENE AVISON EATONTOWN Irene Avison, 80, of 30 Reynolds Drive, died Wednesday while vacationing in Lake Park, Fla. She was born in Jersey City and lived in Bradley Beach for 35 years before moving here.

Mrs. Avison was a communicant of the Roman Catholic Church of the Ascension, Bradley Beach, and a member of Court Ascension, Catholic Daughters of America. Her husband, George, died in 1960. Surviving are three sons, George Toms River, David, Sarasota, and Robhere; daughter, Mrs. Edna Radford, Lake Park, 13 grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.

The Francioni, Taylor Lopez Funeral Home, Neptune, is in charge of arrangements. RANDALL E. MILLER MARLBORO TOWNSHIP Randall E. Miller, 26, died Wednesday when the singleengine airplane he was piloting crashed shortly after taking off from Marlboro Airport. Mr.

Miller, a native of Atlanta, was a senior technical aide in computer research for Bell Laboratories, Holmdel Township. He was a graduate of Westminster College, New Wilmington, and held a masters degree in computer science from Rutgers University. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert B.

Miller, Hilton Head Island, S.C.; a brother, Terry W. Miller, Spring, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Richard A. Bartlett, Middletown Township, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.

Hamilton, 30, of- 29 Fourth died Wednesday at the Old Bridge Regional Hospital. He was born in Long Branch and lived most of his life in Matawan before moving here nine months ago. Mr. Hamilton was an accountant with the Chemical Company, Rahway. He was a member of the Matawan Methodist Church.

BLANTON MRS. GILBERT THOMPSON WALL TOWNSHIP Maria Van Do- eselaer Thompson, 53, of Ramshorn Drive, Allenwood, died Wednesday at Point Pleasant Hospital. She was born in Kapellen, Belgium, came to this country in 1940 and lived in Spring Lake Heights before moving here 15 years ago. Mrs. Thompson retired in 1979 after working for four years as an aide on the Board of Education's van for retarded children.

Earlier, she had been a welder for Signalite Neptune. Mrs. Thompson was a member and past president of the South Wall Fire Co. Auxiliary. Surviving are her husband, Gilbert; a son, Paul Moreillie, at home; a daughter, Mrs.

Mrs. Jones retired in 1972 after 23 years as an administrative secretary for the Prudential Insurance Hartford, Conn. Her husband, William J. Jones, died in 1944. Surviving is a son, William D.

Anti-nuclear demonstrators have filed a $13 million lawsuit. charging that police illegally disrupted a demonstration at the Seabrook nuclearpower plant last fall. The suit, filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court, alleges that Gov. Hugh Gallen and state police from five New England states conspired to violate the constitutional rights of the protesters by a violent disruption of a.

peaceful demonstration Oct. 8. Lawyer Kevin Powers of Lynn, who filed the suit, said the 13 plaintiffs, all Harvard University students, seek $500,000. each for "special and general damages" and an additional $6.5 million total on one count charging conspiracy. Powers said the 13 are members of the anti nuclear Clamshell Alliance, but that they filed the suit as individuals.

Demonstrators had vowed to gain en-, trance to the $2.6 billion plant being built onthe state's seacoast, but police from Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and Massachusetts joined to keep the 1,500 demonstrators from entering the property. ASBURY PARK Jennie F. Butler, 58, of 614 Prospect died yesterday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. She was born in Plainfield and had lived here for the past 41 years. Mrs.

MRS. ROBERT J. MASSICOTTE MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP Cecilia V. Massicotte, 59, of 7 Crossway, died yesterday at Riverview Hospital, Red Bank. She lived in Harrison until moving here 18 years ago.

O'BRIEN RUMSON Frank W. O'Brien, 69, of 16 Washington died yesterday at Riverview Hospital, Red Bank. He was a lifelong resident here. Mr. O'Brien was a -employed carpenter.
