"JACK" HEALY AGE: 91 TOMS RIVER Death Notices program developer with youth agencies of New Jersey and New York for many years and also a coordinator of remedial services between Catholic schools of Brooklyn, N.Y. and the New York City Board of Education. He retired from vocational rehabilitation work with the federal government in 1983. He was a member of the American Legion, the Greater Newark Council for Veterans Affairs, the Eighth Air Force Historical Association, the 401st Bombardment Group Association and the Reserve Officers Association of the United States for which he served briefly as chairman of the legislative committee.

Rose Cucciniello, 88, of Middletown, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 8, 2013, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was born Rose DeAbi on March 3, 1925 in Manhattan, NY. In 1950, she settled in Staten Island, NY, where she lived her entire life. During her recent illness, she convalesced at her daughter's home in Middletown. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Filo-mena (DiGeorge) DeAbi; her beloved husband, John H.

Cucciniello; her son, Dr. Eugene Cucciniello and his wife Patricia; and her son-in-law, John DaSilva. Rose is PAUL JOSEPH BARRETT AGE: 76 NEPTUNE HELEN PATRICIA "PAT" DOYLE AGE: 81 HAZLET Helen Patricia "Pat" Doyle, of South Amboy; her cher- 4 He was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth's Church, Avon. He enjoyed boating.

Paul was predeceased by his parents, William and Eleanor Barrett; his daughter, Eleanor Barrett; and his brother, William Barrett Jr. Surviving is his beloved wife of 22 years, Susan Brown Barrett; 2 stepchildren, Karen Tanzy and her husband Tom of Woodbridge, and George Noss Jr. of Bayville; a granddaughter, Kristy Barrett of Highland Park; and a sister, Mae King of Kearny. Visiting will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013 at the O'Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy.

For more information or to send condolences, please visit www.obrienfuneralhome. com. John L. Healy, 91, died peacefully at his home in Toms River, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. He was born on April 5, 1921 in Harrison, NJ, where he spent his early years.

Following his service in World War II, he resided in Newark, East Orange and Massachusetts while working for the federal government. After his retirement, he lived in Spring Lake Heights and Toms River. During World War II, he completed a combat tour of duty with the U.S. Eighth Air Force as an airplane mechanic gunner, earning a host of decorations for distinguished service. After the war, he was an Air Reservist with the New Jersey and New York units and finally as liason officer between the Air Reserve and the Jersey City Civil Defense Office.

He retired from the Air Reserve in 1981. Following his active duty in the war, he graduated from Rutgers University and completed Masters level programs through Seton Hall University and the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. He was an educational and vocational counselor and EILEEN L. DALY HEINIS AGE: 74 BRICK Eileen L. Daly Heinis, 74, of Brick, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2013.

Her husband, Edward "Cookie" died in 2007. Surviving are two sons, Edward and his wife Mary, and John of Brick; two daughters, Theresa Heinis and Eileen Murgolo and her husband Mark; sister, Anna Hankins; 7 grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren. Visiting will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 10, with a service at 3:45 p.m. at the O'Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick.

Paul Joseph Barrett, 76, of Shark River Hills, Neptune, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Palms of Pasadena Hospital, St.

Petersburg, FL. Born in Jersey City, Paul grew up in Kearny and North Arlington before moving to the shore area in 1973. Paul proudly served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He was a graduate of Queen of Peace High School and Se-ton Hall University.

He was a teacher for 25 years before retiring from Woodbridge Township School District. 81, of Hazlet, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Brandywine in Howell, NJ. Born in South Amboy, she resided in Hazlet for 52 years before moving to Howell two years ago. She worked as a teacher at South Amboy Elementary School, South Amboy, retiring in 1994. She was a devout Catholic and a communicant of St.

Benedict RC Church, Holmdel since 1958. Pat was an avid reader who kept the librarians at the Hazlet Library busy for many years. She also loved summer vacations in Maine and spending time with her family and friends. Pat was predeceased by her beloved husband, Vincent J. Doyle, Sr.

in 2008; her parents, Frank L. and Pauline Walczak Dziekan; and a son-in-law, Michael Wood. She is survived by her children, Vincent and wife Patty of Freehold, James and wife Tracy of Howell, and Mary Ann Wood of Basking Ridge; a brother, Frank Dziekan He was predeceased by his sister, Agnes Slavin of Toms River. He is survived by three nephews, Paul (Diane), Christopher (Judi) and Michael Slavin; nieces Anne Capece (Victor) and Mary Padden (John) and a host of loving great nieces and nephews.
